We use the information collected from you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
If you create an account with us your details are kept on file and can be changed at any time. If you elect to join our newsletter then we will use your email only for emails from our company. You can leave the mailing list at any time and we try and always add a link at the bottom of every newsletter email to unsubscribe easily.
We employ other companies to deliver your purchases. Such companies and individuals will have access to personal information needed to perform these functions, but may not use it for any other purposes and are required to process the data in accordance with the UK's Data Protection legislation.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. You may also supply us with your telephone number which we may use to contact you in relation to your order. Your credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date is taken by our payment company through a secure server. We do not ever see your credit card details .

We use a payment company called Netbanx to take money from your card.
Our payment company uses secure server transactions which utilise a high level of encryption - customers connect using 128 bit SSL encryption. Our payment company also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with. Our payment company, captures your credit card information and will always ensure that this information is processed with very high levels of security.
We only keep details of your purchases and address in our online database. We DO NOT see any credit/debit card information at any time. Credit/debit card information IS NOT kept on file by us or our credit card payment company.
