Colours and fabrics

Every effort has been made to represent our beautiful products accurately and we try and photograph products ourselves rather than rely on manufacturers images. Some variations in colour or shape may occur but we do our best to show the exact product wherever possible.

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any variations in the appearance of colour/hue of products due to the computer equipment or software used by our customers.

Refund/Cancellation terms

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a full refund, at our discretion, provided that the item is returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt. This return must be previously arranged with us, either by telephone or email, in order for it to be valid. This does not affect you Statutory Rights.

Delivery, Postage and Packing

All items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed forô. We aim to deliver within 3 working days.

Prices and Currency

All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server and/or Paypal. No credit card details are stored on our database.

Stock levels and Availability

We run a system that monitors stock levels in store and online so that we can offer the same products in our boutique and on this website. We do our best to keep stock levels as up to date as possible, but of course there may be occasions when an item is purchased in store at the same time as online.

In this unlikely event we can often order the product in for you, if this is not possible we offer a full refund or a similar product. We will always contact you to ask which you prefer.
